The recent building is located in a panoramic scenary just a few steps from the town-centre. Private parking facilities are available and the skibus stops just in front of the house.
The home offers guestrooms with independent heating system, private baths, phones and balcony. For the breakfast buffet there is a large room with TV-corner.

Das Haus wurde vor kurzem in einer panomarischen Lage erbaut und ist wenige Gehminute vom Zentrum entfernt. Es verfügt über einen Privatparkplatz; Skibus-Haltestelle gegenüber dem Garni.
Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, autonome Heizung, Telefon und Balkon. Für das Frühstück (Büffet) steht den Gästen ein eigener Saal zur Verfügung, wo sich auch das Fernsehen befindet. Im Garni sind auch kleine Haustiere willkommen.
